Service Fee

Our service fee covers document preparation and application submission assistance provided by DEVDOPING LTD. This fee is separate from any government-imposed visa fees.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authority
• You request a refund within 24 hours of payment
• A technical error on our part prevented your application from being submitted

Non-Refundable Cases

The service fee is non-refundable in the following cases:

• Your application has already been submitted
• Your visa application is rejected by the government authority
• You provided incorrect or incomplete information
• More than 24 hours have passed since payment

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your application reference number and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
