Our service fee covers document preparation and application submission assistance only. Applicants may apply directly through official government channels at no additional cost.
Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. We do not guarantee visa approval. Our service is limited to assistance with the preparation and submission of your application.
Our service fee is charged for document preparation and assistance services. This fee is separate from any government-imposed visa fees and is non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate and complete. We are not liable for application rejection due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the applicant.
If your application has not yet been submitted, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. Once submitted, fees are non-refundable. In the event of a system error on our part, a full refund will be issued.
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses incurred as a result of visa delays or refusals.
